A3 Excellence In Indian Cultural & Street Food - Chaat Recognising a stand alone caterer/chaat providing company / Hotel Banquet who offers a fingerlicking (traditional or out-of-the-box) chaat experiences to their guests. It will be a live competition on 1st sept 2023.
The nominee will have to prepare 5 chaat items in front of jury which will include the following
a. For 3 types of chaats the key ingredients list will be shared with you well in advance by us and you will have to bring these ingredients on your own.
b. 2 chaat items must be prepared based on the caterer's choice (it can be the speciality of the caterer). The nominee will have to bring their own ingredients to make these 2 items
